Our Services
Three services. Each one starts with reading what you have.
We audit, we set up, and we stay involved. Every service is scoped, documented, and priced before it starts.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
A sequence, not just a menu
The three services are designed to be used in sequence when possible — audit first, setup second, stewardship third. Starting with the audit means the setup is based on evidence rather than assumption. Moving to stewardship after the setup means the assist is monitored as it matures alongside your team.
That said, each service can stand alone. Teams that have already completed a pipeline review elsewhere can start with the Seller's Notebook Setup. Teams that have an AI assist already running can start with the Stewardship engagement. We ask questions at the start to understand where you are.
Step 1
Read the pipeline
CRM data and call recordings. Two weeks. Written brief as deliverable.
Step 2
Set up the assist
CRM integration, tone calibration, four-week supervised pilot with three sellers.
Step 3
Stay involved
Monthly briefs, quarterly seller interviews, annual board-ready reflection.
Each step can be entered independently based on where your team currently is.

Service 01
Pipeline Listening Audit
A two-week reading of your CRM data and a small set of recorded calls (with consent). We look at where deals stall, what notes are most useful, and where a quiet AI assist might give your sellers back an hour a week. The deliverable is a written brief with two or three carefully scoped opportunities — typically meeting summarisation, follow-up drafting, or stalled-deal flagging.
What is included
- Read access to your CRM — agreed scope only
- Review of three to five call recordings with explicit seller consent
- Analysis of deal stage distribution and note quality
- Written brief identifying two or three AI assist opportunities
- Thirty-day follow-up window for questions

Service 02
Seller's Notebook Setup
A measured deployment of an AI assist that drafts meeting summaries, captures action items, and surfaces gentle nudges before a deal goes quiet. The assistant integrates with your CRM read-write under your sellers' confirmation, never auto-emails clients, and is tuned on your tone. Includes a four-week supervised pilot with three sellers, a usage agreement, and bilingual quick-reference cards.
What is included
- AI assist configuration tuned on your team's language and note style
- CRM read-write integration (scope-limited and documented)
- Four-week supervised pilot with three sellers — weekly check-ins
- Written usage agreement covering data handling and access scope
- Bilingual quick-reference cards (English and Bahasa Malaysia)

Service 03
Quarterly Sales Stewardship
A monthly advisory engagement for sales leaders whose teams already work alongside AI assists. Each month we review what the assistant has been suggesting, listen to where sellers found it useful, and write a short brief for your head of sales. Includes a quarterly listening session with frontline sellers and a yearly written reflection suitable for your board's commercial review.
What is included
- Monthly written review brief for your head of sales
- Quarterly listening sessions with frontline sellers
- Assist configuration adjustments based on monthly findings
- Yearly written reflection suitable for board commercial review
- Direct advisory contact for ad-hoc questions

Standards
Protocols shared across all services
Data handled under PDPA
All data handling is aligned with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act. We do not retain client CRM data beyond the agreed engagement period.
Documented access scope
Any CRM access we require is agreed and documented before it begins. No read or write access is established without a signed scope document.
Seller consent before call review
We do not review recorded calls without explicit, written consent from each seller whose calls are included in the review set.
Weekly check-ins during pilot
The supervised pilot is genuinely supervised. We check in with the pilot sellers and the engagement lead weekly, not at the end of four weeks.
Written deliverables, not slides
Every engagement produces a document: a brief, an agreement, a monthly review, or a reflection. Documents are designed to be referred to, not presented once and discarded.
Seller voice included in reviews
Monthly briefs and stewardship reviews include input from frontline sellers, not just usage data. What sellers say about the assist matters as much as what the logs show.
